Fresh Perspectives for Dennis Property Management: Carl and Lori Attend NARPM 2026

Great property management takes more than keeping up with the day-to-day. It also means making time to learn, exchange ideas, and see what’s ahead for the industry.

That’s what brought Dennis Property Management’s broker, Carl Stratton, and Property Management Director, Lori Hendrix, to Las Vegas for the 2026 NARPM® Annual Convention & Trade Show.

Held October 13–15 at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, the convention brought together property management professionals from across the country for education, networking, and a look at the tools and strategies shaping the field.

For Carl and Lori, the trip offered a chance to step back from daily operations and connect with others who understand the challenges and opportunities of managing rental properties. As Carl shared in his conference recap, reconnecting with industry friends and staying on top of trends were highlights of the experience.

Those connections matter. Conversations with fellow professionals can spark new ideas, offer fresh approaches to familiar challenges, and help us evaluate opportunities to improve.
